Quality certificate
Our company uses a quality control system compliant with the ISO-9001:2015 quality certificate. We have worked systematically on quality improvement since 1997. The company quality system is certified by DNV-GL.
Quality control
Metalpower has been a pioneer in using 3D measurement. The first Mitutoyo 3D measurement device was obtained in 1998. We also have a portable Faro 3D inspection arm. There are several operators for these machines, and measurements during manufacturing can be made flexibly at several different stations.
We also have simpler measurement tables and tools for simpler checking of measurements. The measurement data is constantly used in quality insurance and jig calibration. Some of the data is fed directly into an ERP system under the products in question.
