Welding

We have five robotised cells in our welding workshop. The latest cell is an FMS cell with a pallet conveyor system, which has a maximum welding length of 2500 mm and the maximum workpiece load is 1300 kg. One of these robotised cells is a unit with a 2-axis table, which has a maximum workpiece load of 500 kg; the maximum swing diameter is 1450 mm and height 1000 mm. For three of these cells, the maximum workpiece load is 250 kg and the maximum size is circa 1500 mm x 700 mm depending on the shape of the workpiece.

Furthermore, there are 20 manual welding stations available with the flexibility to provide either MIG (Metal Inert Gas) or TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding. We also have two spot welding cells and one bolt welding cell available.
